Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules and guidelines for using the iLeadX platform ("Platform"), operated by iLeadX ("iLeadX," "we," "us," or "our", ). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.

This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

2. Permitted Use

The Platform is designed for legitimate B2B lead generation, sales prospecting, and marketing research. You may use the Platform to:

• Search for and discover businesses using Google Maps data
• Enrich business profiles with publicly available contact information
• Generate AI-powered lead scores, insights, and pitch angles
• Export Lead Data to your CRM, spreadsheets, and integrated tools
• Manage your sales pipeline using enriched lead intelligence

3. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use the Platform for any of the following:

3.1 Illegal & Harmful Activities

• Using Lead Data for harassment, stalking, threats, or intimidation
• Using Lead Data for fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Using the Platform to facilitate illegal activities of any kind

3.2 Spam & Unsolicited Communications

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) to Lead Subjects
• Sending commercial communications without proper consent or opt-out mechanisms
• Violating CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, CASL, or any other anti-spam or privacy regulations
• Using purchased, scraped, or rented email lists in conjunction with Platform data for bulk outreach

3.3 Platform Abuse

• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Platform itself
• Using automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized API access
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass rate limits, usage caps, or security controls
• Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access to your account
• Accessing the Platform through unauthorized third-party applications

3.4 Intellectual Property Violations

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Platform or its AI models
• Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works from the Platform's code or design
• Using the Platform to build a competing product or service
• Removing, obscuring, or altering any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

3.5 Data Misuse

• Reselling, relicensing, or redistributing Lead Data as a standalone data product
• Using Lead Data for credit decisions, employment screening, or tenant screening
• Using Lead Data in violation of Google Maps Terms of Service
• Storing or processing Lead Data in violation of applicable data residency requirements

3.6 Harmful Content & Security

• Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, ransomware, or malicious code
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform's systems or other user accounts
• Conducting denial-of-service attacks or load testing without authorization
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's infrastructure or performance

4. User Responsibilities

As a User of the Platform, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring that all individuals accessing the Platform through your account comply with this AUP
• Verifying the accuracy and legality of Lead Data before use
• Obtaining all necessary consents before contacting Lead Subjects
• Complying with all applicable laws regarding data protection, privacy, and marketing
• Reviewing and complying with the terms of any third-party integrations you enable

5. Enforcement

5.1 Automated Enforcement

The Platform uses automated rate limiting, IP reputation monitoring, device fingerprinting, and geo‑location analysis to detect and prevent abuse. When potential violations are detected, the system may automatically:

• Temporarily or permanently block IP addresses exhibiting malicious behavior
• Rate‑limit or throttle requests that exceed normal usage patterns
• Lock or suspend accounts showing signs of compromise or abuse

Attempting to bypass these automated security measures, including using proxies, VPNs, or credential‑stuffing tools, is a violation of this AUP.

5.2 Investigation

iLeadX reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. We may review your account activity, search history, export logs, and API usage to determine compliance.

5.3 Actions

Upon determining that a violation has occurred, iLeadX may take any or all of the following actions:

• Issue a warning to the User
• Temporarily suspend account access
• Permanently terminate the account
• Delete Lead Data associated with the violating activity
• Report the violation to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Pursue legal remedies, including injunctive relief and damages

5.4 No Refund for Violations

If your account is terminated for violation of this AUP, you will not be entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees.

6. Reporting Violations

To report a violation of this AUP, please contact us at Help Center with the subject "AUP Violation Report." Please include:

• Description of the suspected violation
• Evidence supporting your report
• Your contact information for follow-up

We treat all reports confidentially and will investigate promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and Platform notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
